 Our fees and charges are very competitive and are based upon the merits of each individual deal proposed.

We charge the following fees based on each individual proposal:

    *Application Fee £195.00 + VAT
  **Loan Interest of 1.00% per day
***Solicitor’s Fees £400.00 + VAT + Disburstments

 

* Application Fee is payable upon receipt of application and is non refundable if the application fails.
** Loan Interest is calculated at 1.00% subject to a minimum charge of £750.00 whatever is the greater, up to an upper limit of 1.00% per day and is subject to only one property transaction per bridge loan.
*** Solicitor’s Fees, this is for the use of our in house solicitor to undertake the  conveyance of the bridge loan and the remortgage of the property. Please note if you opt to use your own solicitor there will be a charge of £200.00 + VAT to cover  the bridge (only) legal fees.
